I think that would be an improvement in your idea
When players draw, instead of OSRS Gold the items they receive a magic tablet/stone/certificate which somehow counts to get that sum of planks, claws, magic stone, bagged plants, etc.. It disappears when leaving the house by any way, cannot be traded along with the actual items remain in the bewitching storage. No expertise is obtained from using this (or perhaps a percentage, to make it marginally worthwhile). Basically, this is the only way for the person assisting you to construct to acquire supplies. They'd lose no cash, and get little if any experience. They couldn't put in rooms, or eliminate items just you. All they could do is construct using the magic storage.
I think that would be an improvement in your idea, but I don't see it taking off everywhere. Credits go to Rogue menace. I also have worked out an idea for deeds. When you exchange the deed to someone, it's impossible for them to build in"your" house. Instead, they need to ask a Real Estate individual. Once you ask, should you speak to a banker, exactly like grand trade, they'll say to speak with a Real Estate person.
The Real Estate person will then inform you player'insert name here' needs permission to build in your house. You can say no or yes. Should you worked hard on your home, just say no. If you say no, then the when the participant asking it goes to the bank or a Real Estate individual, the banker or Real Estate person will tell them the other participant has declined the request. If you want to remove there consent, speak to this Real Estate person.
Have you ever thought to yourself,"Hmm, I wish I might have a system so as to please people who purchase my materials and/or products." Well, this suggestion covers that basic thought. Located close to the Grand Excahnge in Varrock, there is a little stall operated by a guy by the name Workman Steve. His job, as Cheap RuneScape Gold a retired miner, is to manged all the companies in RuneScape.
